ART because Art Therapy is an integral part of the healing process and key to the therapeutic work. NEST because that is, in a sense, what you will be creating for yourself throughout our work in therapy sessions. A nest is a container, a vessel, a home, a comfort, a place to grow, and a place from which to spread your wings and fly.
